A new UK company, with a polyurethane maker behind it.
Next Generation Chemical is a new UK company. We were registered in England and Wales in July 2025 to do one job well: bring the polyols and polyurethane systems made by our partner group in India to manufacturers in the UK and Europe, and support them properly here.
What we do, and what we don't
Our partner group, Polytek Synergy, makes polyols and polyurethane systems in India and says it has more than 35 years in the industry. It serves customers in many countries, and we're its partner for the UK and Europe.
We don't manufacture ourselves. What we do is the part that sits close to your production: a named person who answers, documents written for UK and EU rules, help on your process from our partner's chemists, and lead times we quote in writing.
We're in our first year, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. We'll grow by earning trust one customer at a time.

Why the UK and Europe
Why we set up here
Manufacturers in the UK and Europe need more than a drum of chemicals. They need someone close by who understands their process, answers quickly and plans supply with them.
That's why we set up Next Generation Chemical in the UK: to bring the polyols and systems our partner group makes in India to customers here, with local technical support and dependable supply, and to grow with the customers we serve.
You can't do that well from 7,000 km away. A buyer needs someone who answers the phone, gets the paperwork right for UK and EU rules, and tells them early if something changes.
Year one, honestly
Where we are today
We're new. We registered the company in July 2025, and this is our first real year.
Vinay isn't a chemist, and has spent this year learning: the chemistry from the partner group's team in India, and the UK and EU rules from people who've been in this industry for decades. Every technical answer we give is checked by the partner group's chemists.
What we have behind us is a group that has made polyols and PU systems for a long time. What we're building here is the bit that sits close to your line.

Polytek Synergy Limited is a polyurethane manufacturer with its head office in New Delhi, India. It serves customers worldwide. Next Generation Chemical is its partner for the UK and Europe.
The group's own product list includes polyester and polyether polyols, PU systems for rigid foam, flexible foam and footwear, prepolymers, spray insulation systems, PU coatings and adhesives, and PU surfactants and additives.
