What we collect, and why

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site, and we don't sell or share your details for marketing. See our cookie notice.
Who we share it with
Only what's needed to run the business: our website and email host, Hostinger; and, where your enquiry needs a technical answer or a sample, our partner group, Polytek Synergy, in India. When information goes outside the UK we use appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to two years after our last contact, unless we go on to do business together, in which case we keep business records for as long as the law requires (normally six years). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Server logs: as set by our host, normally no more than a few months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to take a copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email support@nextgenerationchemical.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We'll update this page if anything changes, and change the date at the top.
